Why do they not say something like: "we didnt bomb the twin towers, your Bush is a liar, we are innocent". That would be the truth, no?

Why does is not say: "We will crush you puny americans. Your bases are belong to us."

I heard on the news this morning a story about the Bin Laden tape. They where interviewing a expert forensic voice identification guy. He said that the CIA determined the voice to be Bin Laden after only 4 hours. In the forensics's world 4 hours is a world record. He also said that they did not disclose how they determined it was Bin Laden, what technique they used, and what parts of Bin Ladens speech match with of recordings of confirmed Bin Laden tapes. Another words, we just have to take the CIA's word for it that its really Bin Laden. Now, I dont know about you but what happen the last time we took the CIA's word that something was true based on weak evidence? How about WMD's?

I am only questioning and speculating.

It seems the CIA sure was in a hurry to confirm the voice was Bin Laden. Wouldnt you think they might spend a little more time on something this serious to determine if its the world most notorious terrorist? Its almost as if they wanted it to be really be Bin Laden.

Now I know what your thinking "11b your being an idiot why would they want it to be really Bin Laden". Think about it for a moment. Alot of people think Bin Laden is dead. We havent heard from him in over a year. Americans are starting to want to pull out of Iraq but the administration keeps hammering that we need to stay in. Then a tape shows up that may or may not be Bin Laden.

Now, what would happened if the CIA said "this isnt Bin Laden". Well then everyone thats been yelling to end the war now has more leverage because it further concludes that Bin Laden is probably dead.

What happens if the CIA says it is Bin Laden. Well then, the administration now has more ammo to use for its reasons to continue the war "on terror"(which is basicly a ghost hunt by thats for another topic). They can now say "Look, Bin Laden is still alive, there is a still a mission to do!"

Then the propaganda machine starts turning out more propaganda like this

"Bin Laden is still alive and says hes going to attack American so we must continue the war effort. He said that our security measure arnt stopping him so will need to make them tougher. We need a stronger patriot act to make sure Bin Laden's plans dont take hold",etc,etc

The CIA is doing exactly what it did before the war. They are withholding information. They withheld alot of their information for reason to invade Iraq especially the WMD's. Now with the Bin Laden tape they are doing the same song and dance. Withholding information and wanting the world populace to take their word for it.

Think about it.
