Lol; looks like a CoD game path to me alright.

And yeah, it's ironic that D3D was quite revolutionary for having some fairly open levels with more than one path through them (just think of the first one with the movie theatre) and is now reduced to CoD-itis.

There's a demo available now. Downloading it on Steam now... should have it in a minute or two. :P

Short.

Honestly, it wasn't too bad, but not great, either. The play felt like an old FPS...nothing new that I could tell. you could only carry 2 weapons at a time, and some of the weapons aren't all that great, so if a boss fight happens (like a spaceship) you can totally screw yourself. I inadvertently dropped an RPG launcher and an explosion kicked it halfway across the map, so I had to retrieve it, getting shot the whole time. You also have auto-regen health, which is meh.

I didn't think the humor was too bad, at least not in the demo. I mean, yea, you could pick up poo, throw it, and he'd say stuff, but it was more silly than offensive or whatever. *shrug* I won't buy it at full price, but if it dropped to $20 I'd pick it up.

K, thanks for the preview. Sounds like what most people I'd trust would say. Btw, is it true that you can only carry two weapons at a time? If so...holy console BS Batman!

Haha, oops. In my defense, I could have just edited my post and deleted your reply J! And I didn't! I'm just a magnanimous gentleman. ;)µ

But yeah carrying two weapons at a time is BS and very consolitis (because it'd be confusing for a player using a gamepad to have 7 different weapons buttons).

Yea, I think it's stupidly limiting. At least 3 weapons, ffs... preferably more like 5. Or a pistol, a rifle, and a heavy weapon... y'know, something that mildly makes sense. But whatever.

Lol @ Ox being unable to read/comprehend a mini-review of two short paragraphs.
