K...update of the progress...

We started off in the adveturers mart (BJ controlling himself, me contrlling Inqui's char, Pev and myself), and headed for Trademeet.

We accept the quests about the druid grove and the Djinni, and agree to poison the grove. We go off, RIPPING tru the trolls (cos that's what it was, basically) until we arrived at the grove itself. Bg picked up his fancy flame tongue, and we poured the poison in the font. Suddenly them nature boys started teleporting in and stuff and we whacked them all. Then we went back outside to whack Cernd too.

Back to Trademeet, we collected our Djinni XP and go for lord coprith but he starts to trashtalk us about killing the grove so we kill him too, and then went on a general killing spree killing each and averyone on Trademeet. Rep=1

Then we went off for D'arnise keep, basically hacked our way directly to Thorgal, on the way killing Daleson and Nalia's aunt. Good, easy XP again. As it was my stronghold we started rasing taxes over and over again.

Last but not least; Umar Hills. We accepted the quest, did the mimic quest, killed Valygar, went to Shadow ruins, was also easy tnx to BJ's daystar and Pev's turn undead. We arrived at the shadow dragon in no time and killed him from the first time tru. Then non-stop on to the shadow lord and altar fight which lasted about 10 seconds. (BJ=daystar, Inqui= Skull trap, Pev= turning, me= hacking) We went back to UImar and our rep was boosted to a mighty 2.

There we called it a day...i might do some inventory management this afternoon guys, selling off stuff we can't use and gems etc. Just so you be warned.


Other interesting facts:

->Inqui didn't die ONCE this time
->Only death was BJ, only once and unluckily tho.
->The multiple stronghold thing nearly prevented us from poisoning the grove!
->Nicknames Lexicon expanded: Inqui still Goblinslayer, BJ "Kidkiller", and me "Cowacide"
->It went a lot smoother than before, surprisingly

Anyway, I leveled up twice, so that's probably why I didn't die........ *pats his new spells*

Whats BG MP like? Do you have like 1 set character? Do u start at level 1 every game?

Nope, BG MP is like this: there's a host (me in this case) who saves and loads the game. So what basically happens is that the other ppl get assigned a character in the host's game. The others don't have any savegames or anything on their HD's.


As for control: there's ofcourse the max of 6 partymembers; and the host assigns who can control which char. For example in a 6-man party you could control 4 chars yourself, and have 2 other ppl control the two remaining characters. Likewise, you could let everyone control 2 chars, etc. etc. .
In our game it usually comes down to BJ and Inqui controlling their respective chars solely, and me controlling mine plus our cleric.
