Shoot me down? I do not endorce, sell, own, market or have any connection to this product whatsoever. Your criticism is more than welcome because you might have noticed stuff that i missed. Generally i post stuff to generate a discussion in order to benefit from our collective clankiller hivemind :D

I have to say that video left me rather unimpressed with the whole glove concept. Probably cos the guy can't present to save his life.

to be honest, I saw the picture, thought "Nintendo power glove", and moved on. This was prior to Mole's post. I don't think a glove concept will ever really work, not unless you stick some force feedback in there with it.

Well it might be that the applications we have today do not require such an item. Perhaps theres some niche that can benefit from such a contraption. Perhaps some archive system or such. So they have like 30 key binds on one glove, so with two there would be 60. Still its very difficult to picture the use of that glove in gaming. And in FPS we still need one hand to move and one to aim and no glove is going to replace our mouse as the main aiming device.

I could see major utility in a glove with force feedback in conjunction with a VR device. If you could aim your gun naturally and even feel the gun in your hand and feel it kick when you pulled the trigger...totally awesome. Otherwise, though, it seems like just a gimmick.
