  It's dead easy really: just download the .vpk file from that website
http://www.l4dmaps.com/details.php?file=33 Then place it into the folder steam/steamapps/common/left 4 dead/left4dead/add ons That's all there is to it. Then in-game you can choose 'add-on' campaign next to the 4 original ones when setting up a game and you're good to go.

well, obama is on the east coast, but having just consulted the interwebs it looks like 1500 cowboy time = 2100 london time... err... are you in london time? I know GMT runs through your little island, not sure which side you (or london) are on.
