Great stuff, keep it coming. The fight around the lighthouse is great...not easy, but not too difficult to use the gravity gun on them combine bastards. Man, I wish I could play HL2 at those settings...it's already impressive on medium detail and without AA and AF, but that looks just delicious. Especially liked the third pic of your first post. On the bright side, I could prolly put a bit more pressure on the old pc with my newly acquired RAM. Smoothed out Vampire a lot, anyway.
The fight in the lighthouse with the glass windows flying etc. is superb. I love the blurry-moving things thet combine use for shields in gunposts etc...dunno their name, but they look really neat. lol@ bridge plank. I feel like a sucker now for going the long way around.

Nice explanation. And I can see how that fight troubles you Satis, even on medium it's not simple. But on medium heli's go down fairly quick and don't do mad damage, either. If all else fails, I guess you can still tune down difficulty for that particular part and turn it back on afterwards. (needless to say, that would be wuss )
Anyone tried the deathmatch yet? Mighty fun, but often laggy as hell with all the objects flying around. I love the way the gravity gun replaces the usual "undroppable" crowbar/knife/handgun. If you're good and lucky to grab something useful you can seriously own. Either by breaking a toilet on their skull or using a metal table as shield.
