Now, I have no problem with 'minorities' (Actually, in Texas, I am a minority, and the hispanics are the majority) but when certain ethnic groups move into your neighborhood, and suddenly you have people booming stereos at 2am and have really loud mufflers on really crappy cars...well...it's time to stay away from them. What pisses me off are immigrants who have no respect for the country they move to. I think, as an exchange for them living in their new country they should try to fit in as much as posibble. But no. Here (and im sure everywhere) you have groups, gangs and communities of people form foregn origin.

It's actually healthier for a country to have a fresh influx of new languages and customs. But I agree, it is annoying. I just wish they'd speak English.

lol. Agreed on the immigrant thing. To move to a country (perminantly) I think you should have to be able to talk the language after a certain amount of time within the country or something... I know it's hard to check that, but still. That's why english was invented.

The US not having an official language and all, it's kinda hard to force anyone to speak English. But in today's world, English is the linga franca. You are an idiot if you don't speak English (or at least uneducated). IF you live in a first world country, there is NO excuse to not speak English. Hell, I speak enough German and Spanish to survive, and those aren't exactly huge languages.

summary: Learn my freaking language. If your language dominated the world, I'd learn yours.
