lol, kinda. But if you raise the general lvl of uni quality you can just filter out the biatches because they fail. I suppose the way of handing out grants in the anglo-saxon system ties in with the rest of its schooling system, so it's kinda hard to compare. Of course, I will keep thinking I'm superior, anyhow.
