Cos ppl are limited to 1 child they tend to kill/give away daughters and keep sons instead. Apart from that being yet another form of sexism, it also means that there will be an enormous imbalance in male/female ratio in a few years. Pff IQ-tests aren`t full-proof, if you train on them you can score better, but your intelligence stays the same. So i`m not sure if IQ-tests should qualify as a standard.

anyway...find me a better way to measure intelligence than IQ tests, and I'll go with that. However, IQ tests are the only way to measure intelligence in a quantitative manner that I'm away of, so that's what we'll have to go with.

EQ is Emotional Quotient, as opposed to IQ, Intelligence Quotient. It deals with your intelligence in human relationships and such. Of course, I think EQ is crap. I believe that human relationships are, slightly depending on the persons you're dealing with, just as rationally manageable as anything else. So, a good intelligence is required for it too, it's just a specialized field, like physics etc. Bleh.
