Basically i think this is talking about the Spain national team. The fact that they did shite in EURO 2004 means that they want to change things because they think that their under 20 side has no chance in winning.

The spanish squad crushed Germany yesterday with 3-0 on the EK -19 years .. but i`m talking about real-life football, maybe you (ox) are talking about hattrick or something.
At least i don`t understand what it`s all about.

I was talking about Hattrick yeah..it's like this:

I have a young Paraguayan defender (18) who was selected for the Paraguayan national team (senior squad), but is warming the bench there. So i asked the national coach (who's also the U-20 coach, banana republic you know )why he's not playing for the u-20 team instead. And that was his reply.

So, judging from my own and Derf's deduction (for which i thank thee, ye italo-brit) he's not in the u-20 squad cos those can't get into the WC anyhoo, and he prefers to have him in senior squad already. More or less.
