Re: What are you playing now?
I noticed there's a new update in Terraria, lots of additional content and such. Might start playing that again. But will i be strong enough to play it casually?

Re: What are you playing now?
I'm, as usual, not really feeling it in most games right now. Most summers I get like that. God knows why coz living near Birmingham I sure as hell wouldn't be going outside, even without Covid! But the Assassin's Creed Valhalla announcement got me into an AC mood so I went back to some older ones I've ignored. I'm currently loving AC: Syndicate. I attempted Unity... we won't talk about that abomination. I've also been getting nostalgic so just reinstalled Sacred. I used to be obsessed with this game, there are probably old threads on here about it. Basically it was the only alternative back before Diablo 3 came out and if you'd burnt out on Diablo 2. The first is about 16 years old so very dated. The second is maybe 12 years old? But I beta tested it (not one of these 'pre-order for access' beta tests, a real one, involving phone calls from the company in Germany, signing an NDA and having to play the same thing over and over and over again) and have my own gravestone in the game so it's gotta be good Oh yeah and I'm in the credits as I was a forum mod. I also ran a big English fansite for it. So it took a lot of my life up. Might as well take some more up! I'm honestly less and less thrilled about games in general these days though. Everything just seems the same. Still got tons to do on RDR2 though...

Oh wow, that brings back memories. I got in the game quite late, but still had good fun playing online. I remember the stress being in hardcore mode and fighting my first dragon. Or something similar, i think it got dragons?

Yep it got dragons. Still some of the best designed dragons looks-wise to my mind. DA Inquisition has better looking ones though. Old video I made of me pushing a dragon around with a horse. http://pctalk.info/Games/Sacred2/Pevils ... d/vids.php

I’m not far from Brum myself. Kinda. 10 mins drive North of Tamworth roughly.

Re: What are you playing now?
I uninstalled Dishonored 2. And Division 2. And Ghost Recon: Wildlands. And Sproggiwood. Some underwater puzzle side scroller that sucked too. I'm so free! I tried Fallout 76 when it had a free weekend... meh. The multiplayer aspect is ok, but has major holes, and there are bugs. Uninstalled that and now have a game of Fallout 4 going. Not done much with that yet. Still playing World of Warships with a friend and some 7 days to die with more friends. The last one I'm getting a bit burned out on I think.

Re: What are you playing now?
I don't remember those being in the game before J, so no. Looked them up and they look fun! And deadly. Can imagine it gave you quite a scare first time you opened one haha. I'm playing Command & Conquer Remastered and it's great. Clearly a labour of love and it's still a ton of fun to play. And that soundtrack!! I played and finished Orwell which had been sitting in my Steam inventory for ages, which was a fun ride but nothing super special either. Also started Outlast for some scares, and after that will likely move on to some older classics like Thief 2 or Ultima Underworld. Bit worried about how playable the latter still is but we'll see.

Re: What are you playing now?
Good luck! Never tried Underworld but loving Ultima Online so much I did buy a bunch of Ultima's at one point (sale on GoG perhaps?) and tried 7. I gave up after 10 mins

Re: What are you playing now?
Finished Fallout 1 recently, then Fallout 2. Started on Tactics with a overhaul mod. Got stuck in mission 3 when the lever wont open a gate that is absolutely necessary for the mission. I have earlier saves and saves before the mission.
Also i've been playing Xenonauts with an overhaul mod. Nearing the end as i'm in phase 4. Probably one of the best 'xcom' games out there.
