Shit I may want to make a list with stuff you guys may want to see here, cause you know how it is. Once you live somewhere you tend to not see or visit the more special places anymore. Well, maybe not in London or Paris or NY where there are world famous tourist hot spots, but over here anyway.

Well, I'm up for meeting whoever is available, family or not. And you're certainly welcome to come visit us... we'll put you up, though I'm not sure a whole family would fit in our spare bedroom.

No J it's my fault, I should have told you which day we would be in Belgium. But I was too busy doing other stuff the past week and totally forgot about it up until yesterday, when it was probably too late to haul the entire family up to Antwerp. Sorry!!

Well, I hope Satis and Shiny caught their train without too many problems, since it was pretty late and buzzy (as in, serious buzz) yesterday evening! Had a wonderful day though, seriously one of the best days I had in a while. The Kulminator visit was pretty legendary, the restaurant we visited was great (and with a cute waitress) and overall we just had a ton of fun talking about this and that with me playing tour guide to some extent.

We did splurge on the beer a little tho (well mostly they did tbh ). Like 12 € for an absurdly delicious 2004 Westvleteren 12°, but we did manage to stay away from the 40 € range beers that were bottled before any of us were born. To give you an idea, this is the menu/catalogue.

We finished the evening with a stroll through the red light district of antwerp, but I was personally a little disappointed at the talent there yesterday. I guess the A-girls were busy (makes sense on a Saturday night). Still, good stuff.

I may catch up with them in Paris again tomorrow, depending on how expensive my trip would turn out to be. Currently researching.

A day later than planned, but I'm going to Paris tomorrow (Tuesday). Figured what the hell!

We had a great time, Oxy! We got pretty nicely happy in Antwerp with him, then did some site-seeing in Paris two days later. Fun stuff, though probably more walking than either Shiny or I are used to. Had a really great time though. Will probably post pictures and more in-depth impressions at a later date.
