You can get items from the (cheap) Telltale poker game if you buy and play it. O'Cram bought it.

The poker game looks fun, but it has no MP and you can't play for real money...which makes the chances of me really playing it much almost nil. So i'm not buying it.

Yeah exactly. I mean I could see myself have fun with the heavy and co's lines and stuff for a while, but in the end poker is about the competition in itself and I don't get much enjoyment from beating (or getting beaten) by CPU players.

If I didn't have anything else to play I might have picked it up since it's cheap as shit, but I have enough on my plate as it is.
