Shiny was cool enough to take my car out today and get a stereo installed and the windows tinted. Certainly I paid but still, she spent the majority of her day taking care of that. Yay Shiny!

So now instead of radio and a broken casette player, I can play CDs, radio, HD radio, and MP3s via USB mass storage.

I also have pimp tint. That shiz is dark now, yo.

yea, I dunno, now that it's started, I may keep pimping my ride. I could see sinking another $600 into speakers and a sub. I'd totally want to pimp the engine/performance before I start going crazy with spoilers and shit though.

I'd love to have a lock-up and collect cars in there.

I'd also love to be rich enough to have 2 cars, one which is practical yet awesome - sweet sound system, onboard tech etc etc. And another which was perfomance tuned, removed of as much weight as possible and the engine absolutely raped for power. Breaks upped and gear ratio's adjust, so that I could take it out and race it on tracks.

I actually feel the same way. A performance car (Porsche!), a regular driving card that's nice (BMW), and actually a third card that's a muscle car, something from the late 60s, early 70s. It's not that expensive.. I mean, you could get a decent Porsche for $30k used, same with a beamer, and a nice muscle car like I'm talking about would probably run less than $20k. Not that any of that is an insignificant sum, but certainly not several hundred thousand pounds.

Unless you want a Bentley for your drive-around and a Lambo for your sports car.
