Porsche Spyder
is freakin' hot. http://www.engadget.com/2010/03/02/pors ... d-weve-ev/I'd sell someone else's firstborn for that. It's a 3.4L gas/electric V8 that puts out 500 hp, goes 0-62mph in 3.2 seconds, and gets 78mpg. Dude... it's like perfect in every way. Other than not being available yet, and when it does become available probably being WAY out of my price range. hot hot hot

Re: Porsche Spyder
The car is super sexy however for some odd reason I keep thinking about having to wash that car with all of those crevices filled with dirt.

Re: Porsche Spyder
I would lick that car clean. I would hire people to lick the car clean for me.

Re: Porsche Spyder
Too streetracer for my taste, The engine sounds good but the looks, i prefer cleaner lines and shapes like Aston Martin.

Re: Porsche Spyder
Looks good for a Porsche. Anyway, I'd go for an Aston Martin any day, but this is probalby the cheaper choice.

Re: Porsche Spyder
I figured you tree hugging euros would be all over the fact it's hybrid. To be honest, I am... part of me wants a performance car, while the other half of me wants something that's highly fuel efficient and "green". This is like the epitome of both. Plus I want a Porsche anyway. Granted, Tesla game up with something I wanted first, but its price is out of my range. This one probably is too, but without it being announced I can have just a slight glimmer of hope.

Re: Porsche Spyder
Hybrid is a dead end, fully electric however... Tesla understands the market. If you have to pay a lot more for an electric car, it should be a car you want to pay more for. Not some glorified Fiat Panda for a Porsche price, but an actual sports car for a sports car price.

Re: Porsche Spyder
Well put Arathorn. As for the Porsche...eh, I don't dig cars much. There's little point in digging them anyway, what with me not having a driver's license and all.

Re: Porsche Spyder
Ox'll just outrun them with Belgium's glorious public transport system. As a bonus, Belgian trains don't have to obey traffic lights.

Re: Porsche Spyder
Good thing public transport continues to function after a zombie apocalypse. Train pulling into a stop, 50 zombies get on, Ox craps himself.

Re: Porsche Spyder
Hey, if L4D is anything to go by there would still be plenty of choppers and boats around, so why not buses and trams?
