Re: Pictures
I always knew there was something strange about Satis. Now we know...he's a mutant whose special powers are becoming gay when coming into prolonged contact with large amounts of snow. Apocalypse and Wolverine are pissing their pants.

Re: Pictures
Sheesh Satis, please, destroy that picture. Anyway, took a video of how the "shoveling snow" works in reality. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PsXWwzdv ... re=channelAnd I wanted to climb up there to show you how much snow there really is but the snow was so soft i couldnt get anywhere. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dH3ub9Ve ... re=channel

Re: Pictures
OMG that is crazy snow. I love how shiny it all is though! And I don't know that I have ever seen anyone shovel snow. Is that how it is really supposed to be done? I just assumed that you pushed it to a pile somewhere, not up the pile. Shows what I know.

Re: Pictures
lol, cool clips Peltz. The first one looked a little like the Blair Witch Project in the frozen North.

Re: Pictures
yea, cool snow. I don't envy having to shovel that crap, but still, looks kinda fun. Snow like that here would cripple the city.

Re: Pictures
Shiny and I went to Vail this past weekend to go snow boarding. It was awesome. There are pictures, of course, the vast majority of which are of the mountains and such (for Derf since he has a fetish for that stuff). Linkage: http://clankiller.com/stuff/Vail2010/

Re: Pictures
I was too late taking pictures of myself after having my 4 wisdom teeth removed on friday. I was expecting a lot of pain and a huge face, but i'm rather feeling well. Even went to work yesterday and today, although i had doctor's prescription i could stay home untill wednesday. Some of my pupils and coworkers even didn't notice my face was swollen (and turning yellow now). Don't know if that's a compliment though.

Re: Pictures
oh, congrats on getting the teeth yanked. I had that done in the army (12 years ago?) and got dry socket on one of em... it was horrible. I blame the smoking. At any rate, treat it nicely for the next week or two and hope it heals properly.

Re: Pictures
+1 what satis said. I had 6 teeth pulled not long ago as well. 4 wisdom and both sixes from the lower row. I had already surgery and the bolts have been inserted into the jaw so soon i'll need another visit to the doctors office so he can order the new teeth.

Re: Pictures
@ Satis: love the pics, that place looks a lot like a typical European ski resort actually. Well, I rarely see silly statues there but that seems to be common currency in the US. Our statues tend to be huge in relatively unreachable places and filled with decorum - still fun to take the piss but less easy. lol @ the expecting zombies to come pouring out. I bet you had a molo ready 'just in case'. And Shiny, a Texas sweater and a Bud light? For shame! I actually uncovered my pics from my trip to Prague last year, I'll post them soon (while carefully blotting out my angelic face, naturally). Peltz...6 teeth?! Jeez. Do you eat bricks or something? (I had my 4 wisdom teeth removed too, but over the course of two years)

Re: Pictures
In defense to the bud light... I don't travel well and I was not sure having anything to drink before hand would be good so I wanted something that was very very light just in case. As for the tunnel picture I was like I have to get a picture of the tunnel for the LFD people. Satis was like hells yea! Also there were a lot of very large statues and in hard to reach places so we only molested the easy ones. As for wisdom teeth... I had those removed and also got dry socket, the pain was actually so bad that I passed out in the office while getting it packed. And I can't say much for having large amounts of teeth removed. I have a tiny mouth believe it or not and before I could get braces I had 5 teeth removed. Although I think one was a baby tooth still. And then after I got my braces off I had the 4 wisdom teeth removed. So that is like 8 adult teeth removed total. But, beyond that I don't have teeth issues. I have only had like 2 fillings which is not good but not as bad as most I think.

Re: Pictures
It snowed again on Sunday. Freakin' psycho weather. So Shiny and I grabbed our snow boards and tried doing some impromptu boarding with limited success.
