Getting older games to work with Win7
I created this topic as we start to depart from the XP centric platforms. So here goes a topic aimed at potential future problems.

I'm using Win7 64, and so far, all the games I've attempted to play work. Most of these are via Steam, however. Xcom works, but obviously only via Dos Box. I recently installed Mechwarrior 4 (circa 2005) and that worked straight out, amazingly enough.
so, for me, so far no issues. I remember that was definitely not the case when migrating from win98 to win2k and win2k to winxp.

Apparently Nvidias drivers have caused games to malfunction on Win 7 as well. Some posts suggest switching to drivers pre 190.
