Druids and Rangers have a lot more quest bonuses as well this time. F.e. Rangers can spot tracks (different than in BG2 ToB, you just see them) and Druids and Rangers can have very erm.... interesting talks with the animals.

Don't think so The manual discribes 2 other NPCs, but that Mischa (the paladin) wants to stay near Drogan, and Katriana (the halfling) runs the caravan in Hilltop East. I like the 'edit-your-henchmans-inventory' idea, you can finally give them good weapons and armor.
