Well, Valve presented the 3rd campaign (of 5) for L4D2 at Penny Arcade Expo this weekend. It's called Dark Carnival and is set at, surprise, a carnival.
 Which means zombie clowns, and this awesome poster:
They also announced a new special infected, the 'jockey', who 'rides' survivors (hence the name) and can steer them into the direction of a fire, over a ledge, into a group of zombies...you name it. Basically a big headcrab.

And the white jacket con man looks a lot like John Cusack.
And the mechanic looks a little like TF2's scout in the previous posters.
