yeah lol it does really, though they all end up very powerful. I'd tell you to look on my site but er... I haven't finished that section yet lol. Basically for melee choose the green combat arts on any of the characters (except BM) and blue are spells (or other random colours for some of the other chars)
The green ones seem to stay fairly similar for most chars (all have attack/hard hit/multi hit) so its really what you want to do besides the melee that will alter the way the char plays.

I just gave it a try on hardcore, i'm a lvl 6 gladiator now. Might play again tonight, don't know what the planning is here today (family visits etc.) if i'm playing i'll let you know here.
Btw still have to think how i should make my gladiator, so could very well be that i'll have to start over 
*update* restarted my gladiator, and i should be on ... about now, look for a player named Ganz

I'm confused: how do i know if i'm on a softcore or hardcore server? Because i thought yesterday i was on hardcore and turned out i wasn't.
I have msn but i never use it.
Hmm okay, think i figured out the hardcore thing. So i guess i'll be starting over, again

lol yeah just to be sure, when you create the char (in Closed MP) theres a lil skull to the right of where you type in the name; click it so its red. Thats hardcore. Plus when you bring up your in-game map (tab or middle mouse button) it will say "*difficulty level*, Hardcore"

Yeah first time i created a character there, i must have clicked the skull without paying too much attention. Probably on-off-on-off-on.
Started over (gladiator again, it's all i know lol) and now i'm playing on hardcore. This time i seem to be not so lucky with drops etc. the green and gold ones and even the blue ones are avoiding me.

heh you get that. My battle mage in Plus got stupid amounts of drops. Then my new one for Underworld didn't find a single set item until lvl 80

I ran into some nice folks giving me some set items for my gladiator. Got some drops myself, but all for other classes.
I'm on tonight, hardcore free bronze. When should i change to silver btw?
