no, no house yet. I'm a level 13 Cleric and a level 5 outfitter at this point. And my harvesting skills are nearing the 200 mark, so almost time for the next book.
check out this thing I found yesterday

lol, nice find. Now I want to see a vid of you taking it on.
Played some more tonight...I finally found the dwarven city, and wohow! Rox0rs is all I can say...the city is huge and looks ace, and the abundance of crafters, merchants and whatnot certainly make a change from the few ppl I had seen so far. And crafting is indeed fun! It's a bit of a learning process but after a while you really master it....I think I was lvl 4 (maybe 5) blacksmith when I logged off a few minutes ago already. And I made a few grade A items already! All work order stuff though, cos you (apparently) need a range of other ingredients for most "real" recipes that I'm clueless about (both about their whereabouts and usage). Anyway, made some copper from the work orders, earned some tools and some ingredients (quartz etc.).
Just as I was about to check my mailbox (apparently I had messages) and/or to buy a horse/weapons/armor the server crapped out so I called it a night with it being 2.30 AM already. Don't quote me on the horse tho - I ran past a door with a sign saying "XXXXX Stables" in the merchant district so I assume they sell horses. Not sure if I'll get one anyway, a dwarf on a horse? That's kinda meh.
All in all, enjoyed myself a lot. I like the feel of working the furnaces inside a dwarven city. Just keeping it real bro.
I don't know if any of you has been to the dwarven capital yet so I attached some pics of the (majestic) entrace and front.
EDIT: attachments are acting funny...I'll link them.
And a little bit closer

cool, looks nice. Glad you're getting into the crafting...so am I. I made level 6 earlier today.... it's fun! I'm doing medium difficulty crafting jobs now and I've acquired the ability to make some medium and light armor (I think). I was gonna try that out when we went to dinner...and now the servers are down.
Are you on thunderass yet? I now have 2 coworkers that I know playing, plus I hear one of our developers (from my company) is playing too. I'm looking forward to my tax refund so I can build a box that can actually push this baby. I sure hope nvidia comes out with a new graphics card for me by then. muhahah.

nice screenies ox, yeah leave crafting real stuff for a while... I tried refining my (many) jute and mangled hides earlier... ouch. It's a lot tougher. I'm 7 Outfitter so gonna spend today getting to 8 so I can make some Jute Bags and gain me extra slots.
You should get a horse Ox, they look like ponies with dwarves on anyway so they look cool. Speaking of which, finally hit lvl 10 last night! So just before I went to bed I got my "Light Grey" horse out thats been equipped for the past 5 days or so... and it turns out its actually almost black! lol silly thing.
Had quite a good day yesterday; went exploring in Riftseekers Torrent, the first dungeon for Thestran Humans (god bless my sneak). I could actually take out most of the place on my own at lvl 9 except the end room; they were just too close to each other for me to only pull one enemy but its a beautiful place so I'll attach some screenshots. Best bit is the pass word to get in: Utaalk Ataaru Utkin! (try reading it backwards...)
I also climbed the mountains to the east of Tursh... found this amazing old ruin (which I stayed sneaked and INCREDIBLY wary of) of a castle, with an exploded tower and all the masonry still suspended in mid-air. Now that was impressive enough... what was more impressive was the... oh, I don't know, 9+ lvl 25 drakes flying around the tower! Yes, I sneaked right up close to them, I have 5 directly overhead at one point, HOW they didn't see me I'll never know, but I'll certainly be going back there with a group when I'm a higher level.
OH and I also got two more 'firsts' on Targonor... I was in Rindol Storehouse and at one point there are some boiling pots with "Strange Concoctions" in that you can kill... I stood in 2 of the pots and was told I'm the first to explore there. Yay!

I'd love those bags of course! If I get Vanguard back up and running that is...just as me and Pev were meeting up in Bordinar's Cleft, my pc crashed. And not just freezing up this time, but a full-blow BSOD.
After a few problems rebooting (wouldn't load windows first three tries) I managed to get it running again just fine. Then I played some NWN2 (safety reasons) until...pc crashed again. Another BSOD, without error code or message this time. Gah.
Clearly something is wrong. I did open up my pc earlier today to take out an old HD (secondary) and to change the case fan cooler from 'high' to 'medium' because it was blowing really loudly. But surely that can't make that much of a difference that suddenly parts are overheating. the case air still feels cool and steady. Gah. I'll reset it to high tomorrow and see what happens. *hates pc*

hehe...it's because you're using those inferior Belgian parts. Like that BMD processor (Belgian Micro Devices) and your bVidia card.
Anyway, I made it to level 7 outfitter last night, but man...grinding crafting is SO boring. I ended up running off and doing some fighting instead. I hit 200 skinning...I need another book now. And pev, it's too bad you're on that OTHER server...I'm a 1337 jute harvester. I typically get a bundle (whatever) per plant, sometimes 1 1/2. Unfortuanetly I don't get xp from it any more, just cotton.
