How did the accident happen? And what's an ACL and an APLO?
I just hope he'll be alright and you guys get some decent sleep. I remember when my cat had cancer and wouldn't eat or move much. But then cats are a lot more 'withdrawn' when sick/injured, dogs will constantly call for attention. Must be a big difference.

An ACL is basically a knee injury that ends careers in athletes. APLO - google it - kinda big surgery that involves cutting bone and placing metal plates etc.... very sad - but I had my mother dog sit for last night so I could sleep and my dog is better behaved now because of it. We picked him up and before the door to my mom's was all the way open he was hobling to the car door ready to come home.

lol @ getting a job. As things are now, that's still a distant reality. Well I could apply for one of the no experience junior jobs for masters at a bank but I don't want to, yet.
I want a proper job and not some junior or assistant crap...I know, I know, I should learn to swallow my pride. And perhaps other things too.  But meh.
In the meantime I should get the go-ahead to start a 90-page translation today or tomorrow. Has to be done by the 20th, so means that I'll be a good 1500€ the richer in two weeks. That should get me through another month or two.
Oh, and my new year's intentions are:
-sleep more and better
-learn the basics of html and see where I get from there
-brush up my French
-get a freaking girlfriend
