Upgrading the attatchment mod and the main forum software. Maybe in the update these functions are turned off by default and Satis hasn't switched them on yet.

what issue would that be? I fixed an issue with fsdark and some mod... I don't remember which one anymore.

It's probably the quick reply mod. I notice there is no option below to turn off vb code. If you check the phpbb forums for "quick reply vb img", you'll probably find something.

I couldn't find anything on phpbb.com, nor phphacks.com. Doing some digging now to see what comes up.
