Hehe...yeah, i know that you could use it more or less legit to check on your employees, but it's the thing that installs itself without saying so via a mailed attachment that has me wondering. Certainly no use for that to check on employees, that software is a stalker's dream.
(well, cyber-dream) It's like personal spyware.
Surely the legal value of something that installs itself without notifying and has no other purpose than spying on a private user can be questionned? I know this sounds like the definition of "standard" spyware, but there's a difference in that spware has commercial purposes and this software only personal ones.
