GUY FAWKES!
Who here celebrates [sort of] Guy Fawkes - November the 5th?
Anyway - here everyone usually lets off fireworks until midnight or so [sometimes later] and I'm annoyed because we didn't get any - the stupid shops ran out.

Except in England nobody even knows about bonfire night guys, least of all us Belgians. I do, but then I study the 'culture' of your lovely little island. So for us it's just another night.

Why should we celebrate a footnote in English history?

Lol, they're banning shit loads of fireworks soon, so that you can't buy the things intended for taking out small armies in the shops.
Bastards
But everyone should celebrate fireworks night I mean, jah! explosives!

happy birthday suga! late but never mind lol.
for those who dont know Guy Fawkes was involved waaaaaaaaaaaaaaay back in the days of gunpowder in a plot to overthrow government. now we all celebrate him not suceeding by burning a huge fire with a dummy of him on top and letting off fireworks.
i usually go to a firework display but not this year.

I heard that too mole. Its shit isnt it!
I tell you what, those multi-shot fireworks are fackin lethal if they go wrong. They are so cheap, i prefer getting single-shot rockets.
