The 4870 looks like a great card for the price. I'll be thinking seriously of picking one up when the price drops down from the launch week rip-off.
Actually, i think I'll wait until the benchmarks for the 1gig version turn up.

Cool. Looks like AMD has practically given up on being the top of the top, but are still competing aggressively in the "mid-range" market...$200-$300. That's fine by me. And I'm sure if they start growing market share they'll dive back into making high dollar cards. |
