  How to Hack a Webcamok, it's not really hacking...it's just tapping into an unprotected webcam feed. Check this out....
go to Google and type in the following: inurl:/axis-bin/jpg http://www.google.com/search?q=inurl:/axis-cgi/jpg Now go through the links. They're all webcams. Refresh the page for it to update the picture. I did some looking....google, unfortuanetly, won't let me past the 10th page of results. Obviously you can tweak the search string or use another engine, but anyway, it's freakin' cool. yea...that's all axis webcams or whatever, which seems mainly to be high-powered stuff that does alot of outside surveillance. I'd love to figure out something like this for personal webcams...no telling what kind of crap is out there.
