no, despite what people say.
 It was kinda tough and stringy, actually. The taste was ok, but the texture just didn't do much for me. Still, it was worth a try. As far as what it actually tasted like... well, it was spicy because it was a cajun thing, but other than that I guess it tastes like alligator.
