but i frames can be replaced with Div tags, using the overflow function. (I think that's the right function name) and in that case, they blend seemlessly in to the webpage, untill the content is to big for the box, in which case they get a scroll bar.
At least, so I've been told.

I don't know much about divs, so I can't comment on them. Pig is the mega-whore when it comes to that kinda stuff.
