Ok, I've cloned subSilver, renamed it paint-zone, got it all sucsefully installed, changed all the subsilvers to paintzone yadayada.

next question, I'm going through changing the colours, (trial and error on most of them!) anyway, I can't seem to change the main backing of the forum (e.g. The grey bit behind "clankiller" at the top of this page) what option am I looking for?

Also, where do I change the table dividing lines colour too?

EDIT: I found the way to change the background colour, but it seems the cell dividers/boarders are invisible, which means i can't see them with my backgroud set that way. Anyway to fix that?

man, you're talking about alot of work. Are you manually editing the .css files and the template files? If not, you need to be. After that you need to figure out which class controls which elements, and then possibly create a new class for stuff that doesn't color right in your new scheme. I didn't modify SubSilver, I modified another template, so I can't give you any direct advice.

Anyway, if you're good with HTML/CSS/DHTML/JS, I suggest you to make whole thing just by watching subSilver, not by modifying it.

I set just few weeks before. I have in plan to make my own theme for it when I find time.

Hmmm, we'll i've pretty much done it.

All I had to do was clone subSilver, change the images for my images (still doing that ) then work on the colours till it was ok. Not exactly how I wanted it, but still, works for me!
