First off, Sarevok kicks enormous amounts of ass...Misc can do some serious damage dual-wielding flail of the ages+ Crom Faeyr, but give Sarevok a good two-handed sword and your enemy is in for a world of hurting.
Your wild mage will be incredibly powerful at high levels, too.
Imoen and Jan...if you're going to go with Sarevok it's best to have Imoen tag along. She has some good banters with Sarevok, as a co-bhaalspawn.
She becomes a very powerful mage too, while Jan is always a bit limited with his multiclass. (even tho a gnomish fighter/illusionist is an incredibly dangerous class) There's my advice. You do have tons of spellcasters tho...apart from the monk everyone can cast some sort of spell in your party.
Planning on a BG game with a party of only bards, should be fun.
Now that Minto is less likely to surface every month i might just as well start a regular BG2 game.
