  Fallout Fan Made ModHonestly, i don't know what the final quality will be -they sure as hell didn't invest much time in their site- but the idea is promising: a TC or basically brand new game set in the Fallout universe using the fallout 2 engine, made by and for old school Fallout fans. They're releasing a demo in a short while...you have to have Fallout 2 tho.
