Could this be important for games that use realistic huge open worlds? Like Flight Simulator games, or even Arma? |

Yea, this can be important for any game that you want to allow sandbox play pretty much. The ground-level detail isn't great, so you'd still have to have designers manually place structures and such, but the terrain would be handled. Totally awesome. Building realistic-looking terrain is very difficult to do manually. |
