When reading the topictitle i thought "wait what, Shiny has a new flat?!".
Looks nice, congratz! Normally speaking i'd ask for the housewarming party, but i guess i won't be coming anyway.

Here you go, link to my shiny flat pictures. Me and my boyfriend have been in here 2 weeks now. Let me know if you can't view the link, it should be a public album on my Facebook (I'm too lazy to upload to Photobucket since they're already on FB) https://www.facebook.com/media/set/?set ... 120&type=1 Basic layout is long hallway (with more than enough space to fit bookcases down the side), opens onto a small square hallway. To the left is the gaming/spare room - consoles/pc down the far end near the window, little alcove with storage space in and eventually a sofa bed so we can game in comfort and still have people stay. Then next to that and still on the left of the hall is our room. Right in front is the bathroom. To the right is the living room which only has a couple of proper bits of furniture in, mainly a chest of drawers and our table/chairs set but we drag one of the small tv's through to watch TV. Will eventually have a big sofa and TV in there as well. Then through the living room (on the right again as you enter) is our kitchen which luckily came fully fitted with cooker/washer/dryer/cupboards etc so we just had to get fridge freezer. And then from out of the living room is our balcony which stretches the full width of both the living room and the kitchen and looks out over the canal. |

The ducks are free  Found out last week there are bats around too so they fly about over the canal in the dusk

Like the new place, looks nice and quiet with lots if light. Looking at water and ducks is always better than staring a concrete wall! Or worse, retarded neighbours. |
