Mm, I'd just call it retarded, but I can see what the author means after reading the article. Silly ignorant people, talking about stuff they don't know. Presuming a lot, knowing very little. For example, how on earth would playing WoW teach any sort of terrorism skill? The guy's manifesto is uber retarded in itself (what did we expect), and the whole "playing CoD2 to train yourself for warfare" is genuinely hilarious. If he'd said ARMA II or Operation Flashpoint I would have cut him some slack, but CoD, really?! Because reality is all about on-rails shooting, QTE's, regenerating health and aim assist. LOL. It's kind of sad that the most obvious fact - that the guy happens to be a random gamer of the lowest variety (CoD, WoW) - is passed by almost instantly for some sort of contrived image of him being an evil mastermind with secret insights and powers. The reality is, most of us could do what he does or even worse. It's not that hard, you just gotta have some patience and be insane. Hell, we probably would even get away with it since we're not retarded. Goddamn crazies, giving everyone a bad name. |

Just to be fare to Mr. Psycho, he did a really good job of planning and execution. And he could've gotten away if he'd wanted to (at least for a little while), but getting caught was part of his plan. That doesn't make him any less of a sociopath with major issues. Blaming games is stupid. At the time, all the news channels were yelling "terrorism" and blindly pointing fingers at "al qaeda" and I was immediately questioning that... absolutely no information and you're going to blame al qaeda? Stupid media. |
