Lol. What the hell? School boards aren't usually known for their tech savvy and innovative techniques in dealing with student behavior. This is just plain weird (and freaky). Anyway, another good reason never to have cameras connected to the internet on in your home that you're not actively using.
My laptop has a built-in camera facing towards me too, and I disabled it long ago. All people would see was my face and hairy chest anyway. Occasional self-nipple-tweaking. But still...wouldn't want it broadcast in any way.
