Kinda makes me wonder what kind of force or backdraft applies to the object so that it explodes outward in a circular fashion. |

I think that's just hydrostatic shot causing the circular explosion. I've seen similar high-speed videos of bullets tearing crap up with similar results. No special circumstances. |
