It has been well known for a long time that drinking one or two glasses of alcoholic beverage (doesn't matter what exactly) a day is beneficial for your heart and veins. My problem is that I either don't drink at all or a lot.

I think i've drunk enough alcohol to get me an average of 2 or 3 glasses a day untill i'm very very old.
And yeah, no big news, they're studying these things all the time, red wine should be beneficial for x, white wine is good for that. Just always in limited amounts. Pff.

Yea, ok, fine. I've never seen it associated with memory. I certainly have a horrible memory. Like, really bad. I have seen the red wine being good for whatever studies. Mainly using the French as subjects.

Bah, it's not hard to improve French people, they can hardly get any worse then they already are.

yea, seems like the studies are a bit biased. But then again most everything is nowadays. I don't trust anything I hear unless it's pure science with no $$$ benefits for anyone. Stupid greed.

Beer promotes memory... ? Hm... I'd second Sat, with an addition. There's always way to achieve benefit from some scientific achievement / discovery, be it faked or not. It is just the question of how much money you are going to invest in order to double, triple or whatever-positive-and-greater-1-multiply it.
