Re: Music
About the video, there's this tv show where known Estonian musicians sing songs from other participants' repertoire with a personal touch. This was one of these songs and then along game Marcus Peak who remixed it giving it that housy sound. And I cant stop listening to it.
The woman singing has her own IMDB and Wikipedia page. Maarja Liis Ilus. And that more mature woman is Anne Veski whose popularity in Russia is just insane.

Re: Music
I can see why Peltz. It really is an amazing production and delivery. I obviously don't understand what she's saying, but it's beautiful.

Re: Music
I'm feeling in a Eurovision mood, so I looked up this perfect example of Balkan style eurotrash pop for Satis.

Re: Music
Yay. They're all terrible. That's lovely. Thank you for that. This is probably why the CIA has black sites in eastern Europe. Closer proximity to torture music.
Speaking of CIA torture music, did I mention that Skinny Puppy (one of my favorite bands) was used by the US in Guantanamo to torture people? They sent the US government a bill for $666,000 for royalties.
Skinny puppy is awesome.

Re: Music
I have to admit, that is pretty badass. Billing the US government 666k for torture royalties, that is, the music I can do without.

Re: Music
I love music... and may have just resurrected a seriously old topic. Anyway, this recently woke me up.

Re: Music
I'm not a big fan of the Pixies, tbh, but they have a few really amazing songs. Lots of bands like that for me. I'll stop now. I could go on for hours.
