I probably should have given the context: this was the penalty shootout of the decisive game for promotion between these two teams in Italian lower leagues. When the first ball hits the crossbar, the goalkeeper thinks his team won promotion so starts celebrating. The joke is on the ball still going in after that of course. Then the second penalty, the opposing team's goalkeeper stops the kick by the other team (the first goalkeeper's team) making HIS team the ones who will play a league higher next season. Hence the massive blunder/irony thing of it all...a slow rolling ball decides between promotion with people celebrating too early.

That sounds like a normal afternoon for me. No but seriously, wtf. No matter if it's a guy or a girl, if someone comes up behind me to see what I'm doing on my pad thingie and then spills food on my arm, I'd probably go "red haze" mode and smash the damn thing over their head.

On a more general note, it's funny how commercials and media in general can take really creepy situations and/or concepts and turn them into something seemingly harmless or romantic. My favorite example is Enrique Iglesias' hit song, 'Escape'. This is the refrain, which incidentally is repeated to become 60% of the song.
