Well, looks like LibDem didn't do as well as most people had hoped.
And the freaking tories win the elections, too.
The popular vote/seats division was pretty fucked up again:

doesn't make any sense. Labour gets 6 % more votes than LibDem but effectively wins 5 times (!!) as many seats in parliament. It's almost arbitrary.
Happy the greens won their first seat, even if they're still dwarfed by marginal local parties like Sinn Féin (4 seats), Democratic Unionist (8) and Plaid Cymru (3). LibDem's popular vote result was over 20 times as large as that of for example the Democratic Unionists but only have 5 times their seats. Bizarre.
