A leaked police file lists 173 accusations of horrifying acts ranging from gang rape and sexual humiliation to racial bullying and beatings.

I read a similar thing recently about the russian army. Dunno if it was here or somewhere else.
It shows how people can turn into beasts if they're given power over others.

Deepcut is a training base for the Royal Logistics Corps. The RLC makes up 16% of the entire British Army and 12000 RLC NCO's are from the Territorial Army (low-paid, low-level, low-value = practically militia).
So basically you have a shit load of TA militias that have nothing better to do in life than gang rape their own comrades.
Should have been foreseen.
