Well yeah, but the thing is that boob jobs rarely look good. Even the smaller ones still look strangely...round. Like they've been patched on to the chest.

I don't mind boob jobs as long as they look good. And unlike Ox, I like tiny nipples. The the huge honkin ones I don't like. The monstrous areola that're have the size of the breast, if ya know what I mean.
