Funny. First thing I remember of, when I hear that name is the movie:

Rinox The Terrible
How To Run Like A Man

*Smile of the avatar isn't adequate expression for this. It is said rather serious, because of worry that I don't know this hero by smth other.
Thou it was brave death, I admit.

As you all might remember, I started anew this year with European Studies. It's sort of European Union studies with history of Europe. Very interesting, and a cruise compared to Mechanical Engineering. Plus, they've got plenty of women here. :P

Yeah, the great one indeed. Background music was full success.

hehehe...BG2 is packed with great quotes. Some more from Irenicus

Quote:
You know nothing of me! You know nothing of what I must do! You will suffer! You will all suffer!

Quote:
No, you'll warrant no villain's exposition from me.

Quote:
I... I do not remember your love, Ellesime. I have tried to. I have tried to recreate it, to spark it anew in my memory. But it is gone... a hollow, dead thing. For years, I clung to the memory of it. Then the memory of the memory. And then nothing. The Seldarine took that from me, too. I look upon you and I feel nothing. I remember nothing but you turning your back on me, along with all the others. Once my thirst for power was everything. And now I hunger only for revenge. And... I... Will... HAVE IT!!

And Edwin, of course:

Quote:
Well, it would seem the leader of our little group has impregnated the impressionable circus child. And here I thought she was merely getting chubby without the ring master's whip to keep her in shape.

Quote:
(annoyed tone) O, YES, MASTER. What shall I FETCH NOW?!

Quote:
(mumbling) Monkey work...

Hehehe. Anyway, Irenicus is the best villain ever. Maybe together with Roy Batty in Bladerunner. :P

@ Arathorn: why do you think I studied literature? ;)

I am sorry to reply the question which was not for me, but I thought that some ppl here are barely afraid of your English skill. Not me either, for I do not see any difference between your and anyone else's English here. Ignorance is so good thing sometimes.

Couple of qots that I might add:

Quote:
Ok, I've just about had my FILL of riddle asking, quest assigning, insult throwing, pun hurling, hostage taking, iron mongering, smart arsed fools, freaks, and felons that continually test my will, mettle, strength, intelligence, and most of all, patience! If you've got a straight answer ANYWHERE in that bent little head of yours, I want to hear it pretty damn quick or I'm going to take a large blunt object roughly the size of Elminster AND his hat, and stuff it lengthwise into a crevice of your being so seldom seen that even the denizens of the nine hells themselves wouldn't touch it with a twenty-foot rusty halberd!

Quote:
< Ah, weary travellers, well met! Neville, the fairest of all fair bandits, at your service. What may I do for you this hour?

> You could give us all of your money and then let us kill you, one by one.

< I'm afraid that I can't abide by your wishes: my men would think me a coward to surrender in the face of such a paltry force. Truly, I see no other choice than to order them to fire at will and rob your sad corpses of any iron they may carry. Come men, I believe the choice before us is clear.

Nice stuff Gfree. :) I came across a few cool quotes in IWD2 as well, but I couldn't be bothered taking screenshots. :(

Btw, were you praising my English skill or bashing it? Either way, I agree. :)

I think I am in no position to do any of that two, Rinox. I rather just have told what the rumors from around say.
