Post Photos that damn Hezbollah
Photos that damn Hezbollah

Quote:
The images, obtained exclusively by the Sunday Herald Sun, show Hezbollah using high-density residential areas as launch pads for rockets and heavy-calibre weapons.

Dressed in civilian clothing so they can quickly disappear, the militants carrying automatic assault rifles and ride in on trucks mounted with cannon.

The photographs, from the Christian area of Wadi Chahrour in the east of Beirut, were taken by a visiting journalist and smuggled out by a friend.

I had no doubt that Hezbollah were just another bunch of extremist militants. An unelected militant political party has no right to exist.

of course. It's like the police. All the people that got picked on when they were younger join because they want to feel powerful. And those are the last people you want to hand a gun to. At least the police is watched closely...who watches Hezbollah? And who watches the watchers? :o And who watches those!?

What's more important: who's watching me undress in front of my window at night?! And who watches them?

It reminds me off the "when i come around" video of Green Day. That's old shit; like what, 1997? I'm old. :(

The problem is that Hezbollah is part of the democratically elected Lebanese government, and Hamas is elected into the Palestinian government. Don't forget that those organizations aren't just military extrenists, they also have a social branch to keep local support for them up. One of the reasons Hamas got elected was simply because Fatah is much more corrupt.

right...Hamas won the Palestinian support because they, unlike the Israelis and PLO, actually helped the people. They'd hand out food, build schools, etc. Of course, they're a bunch of psychotic little bastards, but that's why they won. Same reason the IRA lasted so long, i'd imagine.
