Great thing is they are already coding it using doom3. So it hopefully will be a short time before its released.

I do hope that it doesn't become like Doom 3, we already have one. The screens I've scene look to much like Doom 3 to me.

I am optimistic, with some real reserve. they got some of the better members of the community still: SS,ASniper, Rav, and Static.

Mmm, I saw one with the entire process of 'making' the human main char into a strogg (with lots of gore, screaming and cutting) which was downright horror, but I can't find the damn thing anymore.
Just check out the official trailer then instead http://www.gamespot.com/promos/quake4/ it's ok, but because of all the flashes between the video cuts it's hard to make up stuff from it.
