No, I just spell it properly. I might not be able to spell, but I try.

I guess the biggest difference is that US pronounces it ped-o-file where we pronounce it peed-o-file.

i thought the ae sounds was pronounced more like an i sound...or am i an idiot? on second thoughts don't answer that question

oh actually you my be right, i was purely thinking of praetorians as an example always said it as "pritorians", didn't think of any other words, but yeah i reckon it should be ay like whoever said it was...
