nope, smoking in small quantities is good for the lungs. Exercises the heart, invigorates the spirit, increases the sex drive, decreases your appetite...
fact: when I was in the army, smoking a cigarette before a PT run cut about 30 second - 1 minute off my run time. Yes but a very low percentage of smokers actually smoke in small quantities. So we can justify my generalisation that smoking is stupid.
