Watching tennis is like watching old people have sex. Its not enjoyable to watch.

lol. Well, I won't argue the fact that tennis isn't fun to watch. I agree. But I also don't think football (either), baseball, or hockey are fun to watch, either. Or basketball. Or basically any sport that doesn't involve hot women and either mud or baby oil.

Volleyball dissappoints me a bit. The women there are quite slim and athletic rather than curvy and sexy. I suppose its just a false expectation.

you show me volleyball with hot chicks and hot oil (or mud) and I'll watch it for at least 30 minutes.

The only sport I can watch on TV is football (american). Everything else bores the crap out of me. I can watch baseball world series but thats it on baseball. Now live is a different story. But tennis... bah. And satis, I guess you forget about the cheerleaders?

Football is great and heres why.

Your at home, eating, drinking beer, a big play comes up, heads crack, a QB gets slammed, someone gets hurt, the scene cuts to cheerleaders, which then goes to a beer commercial, which gives me time to go pee. Rinse, repeat.

Tennis your just watching a ball get hit back n forth....unless you like to watch balls...

only yours, my dear, only yours....

err...I mean...bleh. Only football game I even got mildly interested in was a college Alabama vs Alabama game...I don't even remember who the two teams were...crimson tide and something. But anyway, that was mildly interesting, and I think the fact I was totally stoned out of my gourd was a big reason for that. :p Cheerleaders are nice, I'll give you that. I'd rather they wore the type of clothes like in Baseketball, if you remember that movie.

Anyway, to each their own. Just not my thing. Playing tennis is great. Watching it (and all other sports) is pretty lame, imo.

For me the verdict is still out on american football, being english and all i can't stand the huge amount of adds, plus it is a bit stop and start. Though some of the hits are huge which is the only good part. Rugby Union is much better imho, whilst rubgy league is a rubbish mix of the two...

Ice hockey is mint to watch, basketball is ok if you just watch the highlights and see the mint bits. tennis is very boring, football (aka soccer...) is good if your watching high quality teams, otherwise is a bit shite.

lol at baseketball, that film rox0rs!!!
you all seen team america yet? (made by the same guys who did baseketball and south park) it's genius

so who is going to watch the superbowl? it's on at like 2 in the morning on sunday over here, which is a major reason not to watch it

yea, screw the superbowl. I'm thinking I'll go out and go shopping or something. Every other moron'll be watching their game, so the streets and shops and shit should be virtually deserted. Of course, they'll probably all be shutting down. :/ I just don't see how that many people can get that excited about a single event.

Haven't see Team America. Puppets on strings kinda irritate me.

heh...methinks Satis has traumatic experiences involving string puppets. On Superbowl day.

And as far as watching tennis-football goes...as much as I like drinking beer and eating unhealthy stuff; I can't imagine how a bunch of steroid-crazy men gripping each other can be more appealing to watch than a tennis match between Sharapova and Kournikova.
