heh...one of his classic blunders. I saw some site where they compared US president IQ's, and Bush scored quite high on it, surprisingly enough. In face of the monumental idiocy he portrayed so far I find that hard to believe. Then again, 'intelligent' doesn't equal 'educated'. (And it was remarkable that the smartest presidents-Carter and Nixon-actually did quite badly during their presidency, whereas lesser lights-Kennedy and Reagan-did well.
